  • What is your Refund and Return Policy?
    Due to all items being custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, should a product be defective please contact us within 24hours, send a photo of the product and we will try to come to a solution.
  • What is the shipping timeframe?
    Shipping is based on “ready to ship items” and “made to order” items. Ready to ship items, are shipped within 24-48 hours. Made to order items will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of ordering. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have shipped.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Yes, you have 8 hours to request a cancellation from the time the order was placed. We begin work immediately on your custom order; all cancellation requests will be subject to a $15.00 re-stocking fee. If a cancellation request is after 8 hours, you will be charged up to 75% of the work completed on your order.
  • Can we make custom orders?
    Absolutely! We love new bling ideas! Please provide a link or upload a photo in the contact us section, we will review your request and let you know if we can replicate the idea. Please note as we strive our best to make all products look similiar, variances may occur.
  • I don't see the color I want, what should I do?
    Please send us a note via "start chat" or through the "contact us" page. We offer a wide variety of colors and may not have all options shown on the website.
